amazing beachside glamping
powerful air conditioningsupportive staffsteep step
The glamping tents were lovely and well equipped. air conditioning was very powerful and the beds were very comfy. the staff here are amazing. They were so helpful with supporting us when we had a motorcycle incident. the beach is wonderful and the live singer during meal times is great too.
the step up to the tent was very steep! very challenging for some in the group. there were not enough washrooms and they were far.

cute staffbeach location
the staff i interacted with were cute and addressed requests quickly i felt supported. the beach location was accessible within a short walk from the hotel, its a few minutes away from the tent. i appreciated its nature connection.
the shared bathrooms were a bit outdated for the glamping price.

The tents inside are beautiful, plenty of space is available and air conditioning worked well. they care for the turtles. We loved seeing that they have turtles waiting to hatch.
the service is chaotic, it is disappointing. we had to ask for almost everything twice because the staff constantly forgot things.
